Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a BDC Support Supervisor to lead inventory controls at the Bulk Distribution Center. You will monitor performance, mentor BDC Clerks, and coordinate with 3PL and Lowe’s leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

The role emphasizes process improvement, issue resolution, and collaboration across stores, transportation and warehouse teams, with on-site work in the BDC network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily debrief with BDC Clerks and resolve emergent issues.
• Monitor inventory snapshot and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate and communicate with 3PL and Lowe’s leadership on inventory and issues.
• Support Pro Order management and weekly reporting.
• Assist with physical inventories and reconciliation with corporate accounting.
• Build partnerships with stores and BDC leadership for continuous improvement.
