Job summary

Scott Cars is seeking a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead the BDC team, manage inbound and outbound communications, and drive appointment setting. This role focuses on increasing showroom traffic and sales conversions while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, ensure clean CRM usage, and collaborate with Sales Management to convert leads into showroom visits.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in automotive BDC or internet sales.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BDC operations including internet leads and calls.
• Ensure prompt, professional lead responses.
• Track KPIs like response time, appointment rate, show rate, and conversions.
• Coach and develop BDC staff to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Management for smooth BDC to showroom transition.
• Hire and onboard new team members.
