Scott Chevrolet Cadillac is seeking a results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead our BDC team. This role focuses on managing all inbound and outbound customer communications, driving appointment setting, and increasing showroom traffic and sales conversions.

You will coach staff, optimize CRM usage, and partner with Sales Management to ensure seamless transitions from leads to showroom visits.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in automotive BDC or internet sales.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the BDC team, including internet leads and inbound/outbound calls.
• Ensure timely, professional lead responses and improve appointment setting.
• Track KPIs such as response time, show rate, and sales conversions.
• Coach and develop BDC staff to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Management for smooth BDC-to-showroom transitions.
• Hire and onboard new team members.
• Implement strategies to increase lead conversion and appointment show rates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
• Adhere to company processes, scripts, and CRM usage.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with effective resolutions.
