Cavender Auto Country-Ford is hiring a Business Development/Internet Manager to lead our Service BDC operations. You will coach and manage a high-performing team, develop appointment strategies, and ensure excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dealership BDC Manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the BDC team to maximize appointment volume and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Managers to implement appointment-setting strategies and process improvements.
• Monitor call quality, provide real-time coaching, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound campaigns, scripts, and staffing schedules.
• Lead training plans and identify skill gaps to maintain top performance.
