Automotive Avenues in Wall Township, NJ, is seeking a BDC/Internet Auto Sales Coordinator to manage internet leads, answer inquiries by phone, email, and text, and set up showroom appointments. You will use our CRM to track every customer and ensure timely follow-ups.

Pay: This job pays $75,000 to $95,000/year.

Schedule: You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. These are steady hours each week with your team.

THE ROLE:

Each day, you will check new internet leads and messages from customers. You will answer questions by phone, email, and text, and help set up appointments. You will use our computer system to keep track of each customer and make sure to follow up with them. You will work closely with the sales team to make sure customers are helped in the showroom. Your job is to help people learn about our cars and have a good experience buying from us.
