EVONA in New York is seeking a Business Development Team Lead to drive outbound growth across North America. You will lead a small BDR team while continuing to prospect and generate opportunities, reporting to sales leadership and collaborating with marketing and pre-sales.
The role blends leadership with hands-on pipeline generation, focusing on enterprise opportunities in utilities, energy infrastructure and midstream sectors. Travel up to 25% across North America is expected.

As the business expands across North America, they are looking for a Business Development Team Lead to take a key role in building pipeline across the US market.
This is a genuine player-coach position. You'll lead and develop a growing BDR team while continuing to prospect and generate opportunities yourself. You'll work closely with regional sales leadership, marketing and technical teams to break into strategic accounts across sectors such as electric utilities, energy infrastructure and midstream pipelines.
