WizardQuant is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to fuel the growth of our global trading operations from our US office in New York. You will strengthen relationships with trading partners, support market expansion, and ensure smooth execution across asset classes.

You will engage with external partners and internal stakeholders to advance business objectives, coordinate with exchanges and service providers, and help translate data-driven insights into scalable growth strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, CS, or Business-related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a quantitative fund, prop trading, prime brokerage, or major financial institution.
• Good understanding of US market dynamics and electronic trading systems across asset classes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English and Mandarin for global collaboration.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel to derive actionable insights.

• Identify potential risks both within the organization and from external sources, and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the team, ensuring that business objectives are met and projects are progressing as planned.
• Collaborate with technical teams to streamline operations, focusing on automating processes and improving system performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a quantitative fund, proprietary trading firm, prime brokerage, or major financial institution.
• Good understanding of global market dynamics (US) and electronic trading systems, with exposure to equities, derivatives, or similar asset classes.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to take on challenges and implement creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed to meet evolving business demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global partners and internal teams.
