To execute company’s globalization strategy and strengthen company’s BD force, we are hiring a BD executive, reporting to US Head of Business Development, to gear up the BD licensing capabilities in a global setting.
1. Develop and execute strategies to advance company objectives with a focus on licensing and strategic partnerships and other value-creating transactions.
2. Identify, source, evaluate and advance BD opportunities including out-licensing, in-licensing, collaborations, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.
3. Prepare and present scientific and business rationale for any transactions proposals to senior management.
4. Work closely with the senior management team, help formulate the vision, strategy, business plan necessary to pursue major strategic deals and partnerships.
5. Build and maintain strong external relationships with biopharma companies, bankers, consultants, and other key stakeholders across the global business development ecosystem.
6. Deal sourcing, deal evaluation, due diligence and transaction execution associated with out-licensing efforts.
7. Represent the company externally, including, but not limited to, partnering and investor conferences to expand visibility and identify potential collaboration opportunities; help lead and maintain strong relationships with financial and business community.
