BD Lead — Liquidity, RWA & API Growth

PancakeSwap LP in the United States is seeking a BD Lead to own end-to-end partnerships across three liquidity sources as part of building a Liquidity Hub. You will be the internal subject-matter expert, owning partnerships, KPIs, and the pipeline from first contact to live integration, with weekly progress against a Q2 2026 priority list.

This is an operator role with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes: volume per CAKE emitted, institutional trading volume, and API integrations shipped.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in BD/partnerships in DeFi, crypto, or fintech with signed deals.
• Quantitative mindset: comfortable reading on-chain data, dashboards, and KPI setting.
• Strong existing network in AMM projects / institutional/RWA issuers / wallet or protocol teams.
• Autonomous and structured: able to manage multiple parallel deals with little guidance.
• Ownership mind-set and ability to lead a division growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiation, integration, and ongoing health metrics.
• Report weekly on pipeline status and division KPIs to the CEO with blockers and proposed solutions.
• Participate in weekly cross-division BD sync to surface pipeline overlaps.
• Conduct ongoing competitor intelligence and translate findings into differentiation.
• As the division matures, build and mentor a small team of BD managers.
