Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading data governance or comparable function in a large global organization.
• Deep knowledge of BCBS 239 Heightened Standards and risk data management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale data programs with regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for BCBS 239 compliance and risk and finance data dependency
• Refine BCBS 239 methodology and execution framework with continuous improvement
• Define operating model between the three lines of defense
• Lead cross-functional teams to align with regulatory standards
• Serve as subject matter expert on BCBS 239 principles
• Ensure organization meets BCBS 239 and other regulatory obligations
• Liaise with regulators and internal audit to maintain compliance
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
• Drive data quality and risk reporting improvements
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate risk data into strategy
• Communicate complex risk data to non-technical stakeholders
• Build and manage a high-performing risk data team
• Mentor and develop team members
