Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a BCBA with VA licensure to lead in-home ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, work closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, and monitor progress in a home-based setting.

The role requires a BCBA certification, VA licensure, and a master's degree in ABA or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in clinical or therapeutic settings.

Formación

• BCBA certification required from BACB.
• VA licensure as BCBA required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans with families and teams.
• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress and outcomes in compliance with standards.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and research.
