Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with VA licensure to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional skills and independence.

Requirements

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• VA licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
