Job summary

CREST Collaborative in Andover, MA seeks a Full-Time BCBA to join our school-based team. You will run FBAs, build individualized plans, and work with SLPs, OTs, PTs, teachers and clinicians to support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

The schedule follows the MA public school calendar (184 days + 24 summer days). Hours are 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, with collaboration, data-driven interventions, and supervision of RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field; BCBA and LABA; candidates within 1–3 months of certification considered.
• Three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Flexible and creative to meet program needs and deadlines.
• 8‑hour supervision completion preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete FBAs and behavior observations as needed.
• Develop individualized behavior plans.
• Contribute to IEP development and write quarterly progress updates.
• Maintain a caseload of consult-only IEP grid hours.
• Demonstrate Safety-Care procedures (training provided on site).
• Support de-escalation and behavior management with hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement behavior plans.
• Lead staff training and professional development as needed.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs as needed.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs and teachers on plan implementation.
