Job summary

Fraser in Minnesota is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator to oversee staff experience and training within the ABA program, from onboarding through offboarding, while providing clinical services to clients.

The role requires a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a valid MN driver’s license, with English communication and strong organizational skills. Standard hours are 8:00am–4:30pm, in Mankato, with full benefits for a full-time position.

  • Conduct interviews and gatekeep Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor training requirements and communicate barriers to supervisors.
  • Track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including trainings and materials.

As the Applied Behavior Analysis Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing Fraser policies and procedures related to overall staff experience and training in the ABA program from onboarding through offboarding. You will also provide clinical services to clients as well.

This pay range for this position is $48,000- $50,000 annually and comes with a full benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
  • Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicating barriers to supervisors.
  • Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
  • Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
    • Conduct onboarding trainings
    • Coordinate support for trainers
    • Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
    • Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care)
    • Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed

Requirements:
