Job summary

Fraser in Minnesota seeks a BCBA Trainee to provide direct care to children with ASD and support families. You may be in a Masters program or have completed your MA with intent to pursue BCBA. Starting pay is $52,000 annually, with both full- and part-time schedules available.

You will supervise fieldwork hours with supervision built into the schedule. Responsibilities include direct care, fostering independence, communication, and safety, plus training families and guiding direct care staff
