Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or a master's degree with ABA coursework.
• Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) is required.
• Valid driver's license and insured transportation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; bilingualism a plus.
• Aptitude for higher-level management when required.
• Ability to communicate schedules and changing client needs.
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates may earn higher base pay.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behaviors.
• Develop and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, parents, and others to review progress.
• Provide training, supervision, and policy guidance for clinicians.
• Communicate with funding sources regarding progress and authorizations.
• Maintain a caseload of billable hours plus supervisory duties.
