Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking BCBA Therapists to deliver ABA services across Michigan, with ten openings statewide. The role focuses on designing and adjusting treatment plans for children with autism and related needs, in both home and clinic settings.

Senior clinicians will supervise and train staff, coordinate with families and funding sources, and manage a steady caseload while pursuing ongoing professional development and opportunities for higher earnings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or master’s degree with ABA coursework.
• Knowledge of ABA and DTT.
• Valid driver’s license with insured transportation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; bilingual/multilingual a plus.
• Aptitude for higher-level management when required.
• Ability to coordinate with team on schedules and client needs.
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates may earn higher base pay.
• Opportunities for research involvement and bonuses up to $8,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies.
• Develop new programs and adjust current programs as needed.
• Collaborate with the treatment team, parents, and other stakeholders to review progress.
• Provide training, supervision, and policy adherence for clinicians and therapists.
• Communicate with funding sources about client progress and authorizations.
• Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties.
