Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.

• Provide consultation and training to caregivers and teams.
• Collaborate with families for person-centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid compliance.

Skills

Experience supporting individuals with autism

Strong clinical judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to collaborate effectively

Familiarity with Virginia Medicaid Waiver services
