Highlights Healthcare is seeking a Remote Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead therapy teams via telehealth and in-person sessions from New Bern, NC. You will supervise Student Analysts, RBTs, and BTs, develop individualized ABA programs, conduct FBA, and provide parent training while collaborating with a program director.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with a strong emphasis on client outcomes, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• 3–5 years of remote telehealth experience in ABA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise a team of Student Analysts, RBTs, and BTs using telehealth and in-person.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Provide parent training and mentoring to staff.
• Ensure program hours and billing comply with funding sources.
• Maintain awareness of state/federal laws and regulations.
