Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and allows remote work for the rest of the time.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure in process.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
