Job summary

A family-owned ABA company in South Carolina is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong experience with ABA techniques and interventions.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs and ensure fidelity.
• Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs under BCBA guidelines.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and other team members for cohesive care.
