The role requires travel at least 25% monthly to provide in-person supervision, with base compensation of $86,000–$95,500 per year and a hybrid Telehealth setup offering substantial remote work.

Qualifications

• Must travel at least 25% monthly (one week per month) for in-person supervision.
• Master or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis or related field.

• TX & OK LBA licensure (reimbursement provided).
• Minimum 2 years working as a BCBA.
• 2+ years ABA telehealth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth ABA services to clients in designated regions.
• Travel monthly for in-person supervision as required.
• Maintain licensure in TX and OK and coordinate with centers.
• Collaborate with BCBA team and center staff to support interventions.

Qualifications:

• Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
• Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
• Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
