Behavioral Innovations is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Telehealth ABA services in Colorado. The role requires Colorado residency and at least 25% monthly travel for in-person supervision, with strong collaboration across families and centers.

Qualifications

• Must travel at least 25% monthly - one week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Candidates must reside in Colorado and live outside a 50-mile radius of any Behavioral Innovations treatment center
• Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth ABA services to children and families
• Travel to centers for in-person supervision one week per month
• Collaborate with families and centers to implement evidence-based programs
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and ongoing clinical training requirements
