Job summary

Behavioral Innovations seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Telehealth ABA services in Colorado. The role involves supervision and collaboration within a team that serves children with autism across CO, with travel 25% monthly for in-person supervision.

Applicants must be a BCBA, hold or pursue TX & OK LBA licensure, and have 2+ years BCBA experience; master/doctorate in behavior analysis preferred.

Qualifications

• Must travel at least 25% monthly - one week per month to provide in-person supervision.
• Candidates must reside in Colorado and live outside a 50-mile radius of any Behavioral Innovations treatment center.
• Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
• Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided.
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
• Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
• Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player.
