Job summary

Cortica is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead neurodiversity-affirming ABA programs in a flexible hybrid remote setup. The role involves supervising a BT team, developing individualized plans, and balancing clinical care with administrative tasks.

The compensation includes a salary range of $95,772–$120,545 plus a dual bonus program and a $7,500 sign-on bonus, with generous time off and CEU support. Telehealth is available as clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Manage scheduling, billing, and credentialing with administrative support.
