The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
