Job summary

Training Wheels ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Southeast Austin clinical team. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, provide parent training, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State credentialing as applicable for practicing BCBAs.
• Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust programming.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and funding compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
