Job summary

Marklund in Elgin, IL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Hours are 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $85,500–$91,000 based on experience.

The BCBA will conduct functional analyses and assessments, write and implement behavior plans, and create data collection systems to track student progress. You will lead weekly meetings, provide coaching to staff, and supervise RBTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field is required
• Master's Degree is preferred
• BCBA Certification with supervisory endorsement is required
• Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism is required
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the job and meet environmental requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Analysis Assessment and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Write and implement behavior plans
• Create data collection systems to track student progress
• Report quarterly on behavior goals and data included in a student’s IEP
• Facilitate weekly behavior support meetings
• Provide ongoing coaching and training within and outside of the classroom
• Train and supervise classroom RBTs
