Job summary
Bellefaire JCB’s Monarch School for Autism in Shaker Heights, OH seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an interdisciplinary team. You will conduct FBA/FA, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, and collaborate with directors, teachers, and therapists to support students with autism.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 10-month salary with additional compensation for extended school year.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure; Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA).
- 1 year Educational Aide Permit – Ohio Department of Education.
- Proven ability to conduct FBA/FA and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and ethical conduct in professional settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) for Monarch School students.
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans based on FBA results.
- Monitor and coordinate implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans across school settings.
- Utilize Safety Care and train staff on intervention techniques.
- Create data collection systems and graphical progress reports.
