Action Behavior Centers in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and mentor RBTs in a multi-child environment. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve outcomes for up to 8 children per center.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and active licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing mentorship.
• Ability to manage caseload and deliver high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities
