Achivements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to drive clinical excellence in in-home, daycare, and school settings across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. You will lead treatment planning, provide remote or on-site supervision of RBTs, and train parents to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BACB BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
