Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

You can build your schedule by accepting 3 to 10 cases, work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in any service state.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or active license.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
