Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay up to $90 per hour.

The ideal candidate holds Nebraska licensure or is willing to obtain it, has a Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, and can supervise technicians while collaborating with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain compliant documentation and ethical standards.
