Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families, with a primary remote setup and one required in-person visit per month in Nebraska.

This hybrid position offers up to $90/hour, negotiable by experience, with licensure requirements, supervision of technicians, progress monitoring, and collaboration with caregivers to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or willing to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
