Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role, delivering ABA services to children and families while allowing remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support progress. Licensure or eligibility, a Master's in a related field, and ABA experience are required. Up to $90/hour; rates negotiable by experience.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure as a BCBA or eligibility to obtain
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with ABA for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
