Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, fostering flexible scheduling while ensuring high-quality clinical supervision.

The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and partnering with families to drive meaningful progress in treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed or licensure-eligible as a BCBA in the United States.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to build treatment plans and supervise technicians in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
