Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, and licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain it is preferred.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or relevant field with licensure eligibility.
• Experience in ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
