Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska.

This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, and responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid with one in-person visit per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
