Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role lets you work primarily remotely while completing one in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Eligible for Nebraska licensure and a master's in a related field preferred; experience with autism is

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• Nebraska behavior analyst licensure eligibility (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
