Job summary
BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month, with most work conducted remotely.
You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive progress. The ideal candidate holds Nebraska licensure (or willingness to obtain), a Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field, and
Qualifications
- Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
