Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role serving Nebraska children and families. The position involves conducting ABA assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and coordinating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a hybrid model with one required in-person visit per month, supportive licensing expansions, and dedicated clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in ABA services for autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
