Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Organization: Healthy Behavior Changes

Location: South Florida (home / community / telehealth - local travel as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2

About Healthy Behavior Changes

Healthy Behavior Changes is a small, clinician-led ABA practice and training hub. We focus on high-quality, ethical ABA and strong supervision for RBTs, while supporting families with practical, compassionate behavior support.

Through our partnership with Tilly, we run on a modern platform that centralizes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and payroll. That means less time chasing authorizations and notes—and more time on actual client work, supervision, and clinical growth.

If you enjoy mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families, and being part of a values-based, low-drama team, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide assessment and treatment planning for a focused caseload of children and adolescents.
  • Conduct and/or oversee:
  • Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Development and ongoing revision of behavior intervention plans
  • Skills-based programming using evidence-based procedures (e.g., NET, task analysis, chaining, differential reinforcement).
  • Deliver direct BCBA services when clinically appropriate.
  • Provide RBT supervision including:
  • Direct observation and feedback
  • Integrity checks and coaching
  • Collaborative session planning.
  • Provide caregiver training in home, community, and telehealth settings.
  • Review data regularly and make data-based treatment decisions, updating goals and procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director on:
  • RBT training materials
  • Simple systems that make documentation, communication, and scheduling more efficient.
  • Maintain professional, ethical practice in line with BACB standards and payer requirements.

We aim for a realistic full-time load of approximately 25-30 billable hours per week, with the remaining time reserved for planning, documentation, and meetings.

What We Offer

Compensation

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (W-2), depending on experience, caseload, and responsibilities.
  • Clear expectations for billable hours and caseload, with opportunities to move toward the top of the range as your caseload and responsibilities grow.

Benefits

  • Health insurance with employer contribution.
  • Paid Time Off, including:
  • At least 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Additional PTO for sick time and personal days.
  • Paid holidays.
  • CEU support (Included Company CEUs).
  • Centralized support via Tilly's platform for:
  • Credentialing
  • Billing and collections
  • Scheduling and documentation tools
  • so you can focus your energy on clinical work and supervision, not paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA in good standing (Florida license or license-eligible, if applicable).
  • At least 1 year of BCBA experience preferred; strong new BCBAs with prior RBT or lead therapist experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable supervising RBTs and providing supportive, constructive feedback.
  • Skilled in parent/caregiver training and collaboration with schools and other providers.
  • Solid writing and data skills (treatment plans, progress notes, graph review).
  • Alignment with a kind, dignity-driven, and culturally responsive approach to ABA.

Interest in OBM, staff training, or curriculum/CEU development is a plus and can open future growth opportunities.
