Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for intervention needs (preferences, function, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
