Job summary

Nyman Associates is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA RBT Supervisor to join our school-based and early intervention team. You will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities.

Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement BIPs, train personnel, monitor progress, and supervise RBTs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience in school-based or early intervention settings is preferred.
• Strong data collection and progress-monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop positive behavior plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with school staff and families to implement interventions.
• Train personnel and supervise RBTs when applicable.
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed.
