Acorn Health in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a Program Supervisor. You will oversee client treatment from assessment to care delivery, develop treatment plans, and supervise Behavior Technicians in multiple settings including clinics and homes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data-driven program supervision, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check.
Physical requirements including lifting and accessing non-barrier free premises.
Interdisciplinary team approach to develop and implement treatment plans.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
Serve as the clinical lead on client cases and supervise Behavior Technicians.
Monitor and review client programs, analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
