Therapy Associates ABA Services in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on comprehensive ABA assessments, supervision, and direct services for children.

You will work closely with families and other professionals to develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and ensure high quality care. This is an in-person position with a strong emphasis on collaborative family engagement.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and team members.
