Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, seeks a BCBA/BCaBA to provide individualized ABA services across home, school and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming such as parent training and social skills groups.

Qualifications

BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Must hold Michigan state licensure.
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans.
Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in home, school and community settings.
Partner with families as true collaborators (not just trainers).
Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies.
Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, community-based programming).
Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through shared workspace and team meetings.
