Job summary

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA services across our California clinics. You will develop and oversee individualized programs, conduct assessments, and guide treatment decisions to support children and families.

As a clinician-owned practice, you will collaborate with OT and Speech teams, provide supervision, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings. Travel between Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo locations is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB is required.
• Ability to maintain credentials and stay compliant.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee individualized ABA programs.
• Perform assessments and use data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
