Job summary

Kids Connections Developmental Therapy Center is seeking a compassionate BCBA to lead and supervise ABA treatment programs across our Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo clinics. The role involves developing individualized plans, conducting assessments, and guiding staff to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The position is full-time, in-clinic with travel between locations, Monday–Friday. A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to guide decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Review data and modify programs as needed.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with families.
• Document progress and communicate with families and team.
• Participate in meetings and IEPs as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and policies.
