Beyond Core Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Lee Summit, MO. This in-person role focuses on developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans and collaborating with families to ensure client progress.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with proven experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
